Online shop rules
1. Web shop, operating under web address is the property of RENEX company entered into
    Register of Business Activity kept by President of Wloclawek under No 29461, IN VAT PL5241615711, ID 012168820.

2. Names of producers and commercial marks, and logos are properties of those producers and are presented on shop
    web pages only for information purposes.

Order placement

1. Orders are directly accepted from web page or by e-mail ,
    or by phone +48 54 411-25-55.

2. Information about state of order is available on in clients pane.
3. Only logged in clients can place orders, clients not logged in can place requests.
4. Answers to clients requests are send by electronic post on indicated in request e-mail address.
5. Primary condition of order realisation is properly filled out order form and sending it for realisation.
6. We reserve the right to refuse realisation of orders which arouse our doubts. e.g.: without telephone number 
    or e-mail address, where we can send our order confirmation.

7. Client can enter any changes in his order until beginning of order realisation. Resignation or changes in placed order
    should be send by fax; +48 54 411-25-55.

8. All prices are calculated in euro (EUR). RENEX reserves the right to offered products price changes without prior
    notice, entering new products to online shop offer, carrying out and cancelling promotional actions on online shop
    or entering there changes.

Realisation of order

1. Delivery by courier post
2. Foreign shipments should be paid only by wire transfer or by PayPal in full amount, together with shipment costs. 
    Payment should be made on RENEX account.

Claims and returns
1. According to act dated 2nd of March 2000 "About protection of some of the customers rights and about  responsibility
    for harm made by hazardous product” client can waive a purchased product from our online shop without giving
    any reason within 10 days from date of receiving delivery. It is possible only when purchased product was not used 
    or was not damaged in any way and after filling out and returning RMA form.

2. All products available in RENEX online shop are covered by RENEX warranty.  
3. Claims. If after receiving goods, client will find fault in purchased product, should send the shipment back by post
    on RENEX address. RENEX is not accepting any shipments send to be paid on delivery. To returned shipment should
    be attached copy of invoice with filed out “Claim” part. All claims are looked into within 3 working days from its
    receiving. Faulty product will be repaired or exchanged on other, if repair will not be possible, shop will reimburse
    to purchaser equivalent of product price or will offer other, available in shop products to choose from

4. Claim, which will refer to differences in look between ordered product and received product, caused by differences
    in clients monitor set parameters, in particularly colour, are not reason to return the purchased goods.
Protection of personal properties
All personal data received during online shop operation are confidential. In no circumstances or in any case, or any form will not be disclosed to third party or to other parties according to act dated 29 of August 1997. "About personal data protection”. According to this act, Clients have right to view his data for its correction or entering request for not using them in any other purpose.
